Project Details
Artspace believes that great art should be available to everyone, regardless of experience or geography. Catherine Levene (former COO of DailyCandy) and Christopher Vroom (founder of Artadia: The Fund Art and Dialogue) partnered to build an online contemporary-art marketplace that easily allows art lovers to become art collectors.
We developed the core brand identity, e-commerce website, print and marketing collateral, and consumer packaging. We sought to create a visual language that conveyed sophistication and refinement while remaining accessible–and a framework to showcase the art, not compete with it. The result: a largely black palette infused with a neon pink that brings vibrancy and modernism to
the brand.
We collaborated with our user-experience partner Tamara Adlin to develop a strong engaging customer-driven online experience. We utilized this foundation to develop the interaction and
front-end design for the website, including custom features like the “view in a room” application.
Artspace has been featured in Tech Crunch, Fab.com, Huffington Post, Forbes, Fast Company, and other notable publications.
